Brussels Hotel Review - Sandton Pillows

So as part of my mini Brussels series of posts I thought I would review the hotel we stayed in. Now don't get me wrong, I have never done a hotel review before so I'm just giving you a little post about why we liked this boutique hotel so much and why I would recommend it.

The hotel was called Sandton Pillows Brussels, a small boutique hotel that is part of the Sandton Hotel chain. I actually found this hotel via the Eurostar website when I was looking at combined Train and Hotel deals which made the whole packaged cheaper.

So despite being swayed by the pretty decor initially, it was actually the location which I liked as I always try to pick hotels which are central to the city. It's roughly 10 minutes walk from the main station Brussels Midi/Zuid which is where you come in on Eurostar and can catch metro's from. If you don't fancy walking, you can get a taxi but there is also a metro station just behind the square that the hotel sits on called Anneessens. It's also under 10 minutes walk to the Grand Palace and lots of shops, restaurants and attractions which is always a bonus.

So this was our lovely room! It was nice and spacious and I loved the colour scheme...even my boyfriend was impressed! We had a flat screen TV, king size bed, air con and a huge wardrobe. I found the stay really relaxing and loved out choice in hotel. If you want a 4* boutique hotel in a great, central location then look up Sandton Pillows Hotel.
